Requirements:
• Working with tools, such as, Zabbix, Spectrum, Truesight, NGenius, Performance centre
• ITIL, understanding Incident and problem management, event monitoring
• CIS communications engineering expertise
Duties:
• Part of a 24/7 shift system responsible for Real-Time Monitoring and Event Detection
• Reactive Event Handling
• Incident Coordination and Escalation
• Level 1 Technical Support through the use of command line and engineering tools
